The Power of Your Presence™
Help your leaders communicate clearly, respond more intentionally, and choose a leadership behavior to practice—especially when the work gets demanding.

Unmute Your Authentic Voice
When the pressure rises, how do your leaders respond?
- A tense conversation needs clarity without losing empathy.
- A capable new manager needs support for leading people—not just completing tasks.
- Competing demands leave a team unsure what matters most.
- A leader’s reactions change with the pressure, making expectations hard to read.
Learning that can move into the next workday.
- Recognize how pressure influences your leadership response.
- Create a brief space to choose a more intentional response.
- Practice communicating with clarity, empathy, and accountability.
- Identify one leadership behavior to apply and reflect on after the experience.

Illustrative scenario
A change in priorities. A choice in how to respond.
A team faces two urgent requests, and a manager’s first response is to give shorter instructions. Participants can examine different choices: name the shared priority, ask what needs clarification, and agree on a next step. One practical behavior to carry back to work is checking for shared understanding before closing the conversation.
